Supposed to be rest day, so low calorie day.
Breakfast
- Post-workout papaya kefir protein shake
- Tuna salad with sardines and cottage cheese
Notes:
Protein shake is with organic kefir, Prozis 100% unflavored whey protein powder, a teaspoon of honey, and a tablespoon of papaya pulp (with the fiber).
Sardines in extra virgin olive oil, tuna in saltwater, salad is with lettuce, chicory, radicchio, capers, lemon juice as dressing and cherry tomatoes.
Lunch
- Fried eggs with flamengo cheese and vegetables
The vegetables are cucumber, cherry tomatoes and olives.
Eggs are fried in a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Snacks
- 2 squares of 99% dark chocolate
- 1 carrot
Notes:
Snacks are always taken right after/with the main meals. Carrot and 1 square of dark chocolate was taken at breakfast, and the other square of dark chocolate at lunch.
