High Protein Peanut Butter Yogurt Bowl


  • 150g - 200g organic full fat homemade yogurt from fresh milk (from the farm), or greek yogurt, skyr, quark or probiotic yogurt
  • 2-3 tbs organic, 100% peanut butter (smooth works better) or nut butter of your choice
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 2 tbs brown or golden ground flaxseed (or oats), organic
  • A handful of fresh or frozen berries, or seasonal fruit of your choice
  • 12 pecan halves or walnuts or nuts of your choice
  • 1 tbs pumpkin seeds


1. Spread the yogurt evenly on a deep plate or a bowl.
2. Pour the peanut butter on one side of the bowl, it should cover 1/4 of the bowl.
3. Sprinkle chia seeds next to it.
4. Sprinkle ground flaxseeds to the rest of the surface of the yogurt.
5. On top of flaxseeds, add the fruit, and finish off with the pumpkin seeds and nuts. 
6. Optional: you can pour a teaspoon of organic honey over the nuts.
