Passionfruit - coconut flavored kefir shake (how I break my fast)

Ingredients:

  • 250ml organic kefir
  • 1-2 tbs passion fruit or papaya pulp
  • 1 tsp organic honey
  • 1-2 tbs shredded coconut

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and shake.
  2. Optional: Serve with a fresh fruit.
  3. Most effective after breaking a fast (empty stomach).
