I'm gonna keep this real simple. Ready?
- Improve your gut health
- Eat real, unprocessed, organic food
- Avoid junk food, processed food and sugar
- Intermittent fast (at least 20 hours a day)
- Build muscle
- Avoid modern medication and unnecessary supplements (multivitamins etc)
- Exercise daily
- Don't go on severe caloric deficits
