Cypriot White Beans - Healthy lazy dishes

Don't have time? Too tired? Need something affordable? Beans in a jar to the rescue. This will take you 30 seconds to prepare. Low calorie, nutritious, quick, easy, simple and cheap.

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  • 200g organic cooked white beans in a jar (or any canned beans of your choice)
  • 1tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 1-2tbs organic lemon juice
  • parsley (or any other herbs and spices that you like for flavor)


  1. Drain and wash the beans. Add them to a deep plate.
  2. Add the olive oil and lemon juice.
  3. Sprinkle your herbs and spices.
  4. Optional: Heat them in a saucepan or microwave.
  5. Enjoy!
